Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Court Paralegal at Siderman Law in Las Vegas, NV. The Court Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys in preparing legal documents, maintaining case files, conducting legal research, and assisting in court proceedings.

Qualifications

  • Immigration a plus
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing
  • Needs to have experience in I-601a
  • Knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish2
