This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cleveland, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of employees. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, creating training materials, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback. The Corporate Trainer will work closely with various departments to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, conducting training sessions, and creating training materials
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in using various training tools and software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in sales and customer service training preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
