Position: Concrete Estimator

Location: Richardson, TX

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 + full benefits (depending on experience)

A well-established commercial construction firm in Richardson is looking to add a skilled Concrete Estimator to their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, large-scale projects across the commercial, industrial, and civil sectors.

Key Duties:

• Develop detailed and accurate estimates for concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, structural, and tilt-wall work
• Review drawings, specifications, and documents to perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and material suppliers
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to support successful project delivery
• Stay current on market conditions, material costs, and construction methods
• Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of concrete-specific estimating experience (commercial/civil/industrial preferred)
• Strong grasp of construction processes and materials related to concrete
• Proficiency with estimating tools like Bluebeam, OST, or similar platforms
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing deadlines
