🔍 Position Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Compensation Analyst to design and optimize our pay structures, support career development initiatives, and drive key HR projects in benefits and payroll. This role partners with leadership to ensure competitive, equitable compensation practices across all levels and geographies.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Strategy & Structure
  • Research market trends and conduct salary benchmarking against industry standards
  • Analyze internal pay equity and recommend adjustments to maintain fairness
  • Design and implement job leveling, salary bands, and total rewards frameworks
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain compensation dashboards and analytics models
  • Provide insights on pay trends, cost-of-living adjustments, and merit-increase budgets
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and executive presentations
  • Career Pathing & Mobility
  • Develop career progression frameworks, competency matrices, and promotion guidelines
  • Advise on international compensation and mobility assignments (preferred)
  • Project Management & Cross-Functional Support
  • Lead compensation-related projects (e.g., annual salary review, market pricing, incentive plans)
  • Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations on system implementations and policy updates
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and international pay regulations

✅ Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–8 years in HR analytics, compensation, or benefits
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel and data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with compensation software or HRIS modules (Workday, Oracle, SAP)
  • Required: Experience in international compensation and global mobility
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data to stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
