Commercial Roofing Superintendent
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Salary range: 80-95K + performance bonus
Our large roofing industry client is looking for a Superintendent to lead complex, mission-critical projects across multiple sites. Project sites include large occupied commercial buildings (healthcare, government, institution facilities, etc.). This role will involve 50% travel and have a focus across the Hampton Roads region. We need someone who has extensive Commercial Roofing Superintendent experience. You will be responsible leading field operations on large-scale projects, manage foremen and field crews, scheduling, enforcing OSHA and safety requirements and representing the company at site meetings.
