Role Description

This full-time role for a Commercial Roofing Estimator is on-site and located in Manalapan, NJ. The Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates for flat roofing projects. Day-to-day tasks include assessing project specifications, conducting site visits, preparing bids, and ensuring that all estimates are detailed and in line with industry standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for thorough and accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Roof systems
• Proficient in construction estimating and management principles.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate pricing assessments.
• Experience using Plan swift is required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting estimates clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
