Role: Commercial Painting Estimator Join our team at CertaPro, a proud leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Painting Estimator to be a part of our team.
As a Commercial Painting Estimator, you will have the rewarding task of working directly with our valued customers, providing detailed estimates for their commercial painting needs. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-person meetings with customers to perform estimates and gather project requirements
- Prepare comprehensive, accurately written proposals for the commercial sales team
- Capture and include photographs of challenging production situations or customer service concerns during the estimation process
- Measure commercial buildings for painting services, primarily repaints with some new construction projects
- Schedule customer inquiries for estimates and ensure prompt follow-up
- Effectively communicate the scope of work and customer requirements to the production staff upon securing the job
- Personally hand off landed jobs to the Job Site Supervisor, reviewing the Certainty Pledge
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications and Skills: - Possess a 2-year degree in a related field
- Hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance coverage
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive demeanor
- Strong written and verbal skills, including proofreading and basic math for estimating
- Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency
- Demonstrated track record of goal setting, achievement, and exceeding expectations
- Proficiency in English (Spanish speaking skills are helpful but not required)
- Preferred but not required: Previous experience in the paint industry
- Meticulous, clean, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work
- Results-driven mindset
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays and nights, depending on the project

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
