This is a strong opportunity to work with a dynamic litigation team that handles a broad range of complex disputes across industries, with particular depth in construction-related matters.
About the Role:
Associates will be involved in all phases of litigation, including:
- Legal research and brief writing
- Discovery strategy and execution
- Motion practice and pre-trial preparation
- Client interaction and case strategy development
The team regularly handles :
- Commercial contract disputes
- Construction litigation
- Business torts and related claims
- Insurance and real estate-related litigation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Class of 2020 to 2019
- Strong foundation in commercial litigation , including motion practice and discovery
- Experience or interest in construction litigation is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage cases
- Active Illinois bar admission required
