Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda for complex commercial litigation

• Conduct legal research and case analysis with precision

• Assist with all phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, and trial prep

• Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy and procedural matters

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience or recent judicial clerkship

• Strong academic record from an accredited law school; law review preferred

• Licensed to practice in Texas or eligible for prompt admission

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
