ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

  1. On call position. Covering call outs and staffing shortages as needed including opening and/or closing shifts, weekends, holidays.
  2. Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through proper staffing, execution of brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience
  3. Responsible for interviews and hiring. Develop staff to demonstrate all company standards in customer experience and operations
  4. Provide ongoing performance feedback to owner and other members of management. Assist in development for staff members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/ improve performance
  5. Provide feedback and assistance in daily/weekly store operations
  6. Ensure Baristas are dressed properly, on time, and meeting staffing requirements
  7. Maintain company standards in personal and store sales/performance metrics
  8. Encourage and ensure full team participation in both setting store goals and developing action plans to accomplish goals
  9. Ensure all cash handling, point of sale system, safety, and operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner

Specialties include:

  1. Responsible for weekly schedules to ensure that staffing is sufficient for all shifts
  2. Verify that there is a leadership staff member for each part of day
  3. Modify schedule as needed based on sickness/callouts/resignations, and cover shifts in store when necessary.
  4. Maintain constant inspection of all in store products to ensure quality standards are met
  5. Verify that accurate quantity of product is in store, available, and ready to serve based on store sales/customer demand, and adjust numbers as needed
  6. Ensure proper inventory and ordering based on stores needs
  7. Provide end of month documentation summary of in store inventory items
  8. Maintain documentation and tracking of week over week inventory and waste
  9. Maintains confidentiality in knowledge of the store and employees
