We’re seeking compassionate Clinical Nurse II professionals who are dedicated to delivering thoughtful, respectful care to patients and their families. In this role, you’ll provide attentive monitoring, implement care plans with sensitivity, administer medications with precision, and communicate with empathy and clarity. You will foster a supportive, healing environment that promotes the well-being of patients and their loved ones—exercising sound clinical judgment and autonomy within trusted care guidelines.
As a *Clinical Nurse II in the Operating Room,* you’ll play a pivotal role in surgical care—before, during, and after procedures. Working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, you’ll support surgeons and the surgical team in delivering accurate, high-quality care. This position includes *Nurse Circulator duties,* where you’ll coordinate surgical care from start to finish advocating for the patient, preparing and verifying instruments, and ensuring effective communication across the surgical team. Your ability to stay focused, anticipate needs, and remain calm under pressure will be essential to every patient’s successful outcome.

*Qualifications *
* Current RN licensure to practice in California
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing with 1+ year acute care experience within past 2 years OR 2 years acute care experience within past 3 years
* Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%
* BLS certification required and maintained thereafter
* ACLS certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained thereafter
* PALS certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained thereafter
* Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
* Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers
* Ability to provide leadership aligned with hospital goals, policies, and mission
