Now Hiring: Clinical Group Facilitator
Location: Stillwater, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | Friday - Monday, 10 hour shifts (40 hours)

AMFM Healthcare is expanding to Stillwater, MN with the launch of new, state-of-the-art adult residential mental health treatment facilities — and we're looking for passionate professionals to help lead the way. As a Clinical Group Facilitator, you'll play a vital role in the recovery journey of adults facing complex mental health challenges.
This position is ideal for a licensed or associate-level therapist with a strong foundation in group facilitation, evidence-based practices, and experience working with individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms, co-occurring mood disorders, substance use, and/or suicidal ideation.
What You’ll Do
Facilitate engaging, evidence-based group therapy sessions (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, process groups).
Create a safe, structured, and therapeutic group environment for adult clients.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans.
Accurately document group progress and interventions in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Attend clinical meetings and participate in ongoing training and supervision.
Help shape a new culture of care at our Stillwater facility — built on compassion, integrity, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Credentials:
Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure: Current Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, OR LP) or Mental Health Practitioner.
Experience: Working with adults diagnosed with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related conditions.
Required Experience & Skills:
Hands-on experience facilitating clinical groups for individuals with mental health and addiction issues.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and group therapy models.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
Comfortable working with high-acuity adult clients in a residential setting.
Experience in residential treatment settings
Specialized training or certification in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or other relevant areas preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and travel between local sites as needed.
Must pass background checks and fingerprinting per state, federal, and program requirements.
