To support our growth, IQEQ is aiming to add smart, hardworking team members to our company in the position of Senior Client Relationship Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and entrepreneurial company that operates within a unique and dynamic space of the financial services industry.

Please note: this role is required to be onsite at our Bedford, New Hampshire office.

Responsibilities

  • Youll serve as the primary contact for clients and their advisors, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Youll manage all aspects of trust administration, from coordinating advisor directions to overseeing tax and compliance filings.
  • Youll drive business development by attending industry events and leading the onboarding of new trust accounts.
  • Youll enhance processes by engaging in training programs to strengthen and refine directed trust practices.

  • The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($95,000 - $110,000).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, law, finance or related field (CPA, CFP, or CTFA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution, law firm, accounting, or consulting firm.
  • Exceptional understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and estate planning principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the willingness to learn the broad range of trust administration and operational / compliance requirements of a directed trust company.
  • Client relationship management experience, preferably in a fiduciary capacity.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a desire to learn and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management experience with direct reports or junior team members is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite at our Bedford, NH office.
