About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Real Estate Officer to lead the strategic planning and management of its extensive real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning real estate and capital asset strategies with the institution's growth plans, overseeing a large lease portfolio, and managing all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions. Applicants for the Chief Real Estate Officer position at the company should hold a Master's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field, and have over eight years of experience in real estate and financial analysis. Experience in a major university or health system setting is preferred. The role demands a strategic vision, the ability to think long-term, and a leadership style that is agile, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic, high-growth environment. The Chief Real Estate Officer will work closely with the institution's various departments to ensure that real estate decisions are in line with its mission and create both short- and long-term value.
