About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO. This strategic role offers a unique opportunity to serve as the CEO’s trusted advisor, operator, and problem-solver, driving key initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.

The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in helping the company achieve its ambitious goals by leading cross-functional projects, improving operational processes, and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Operations: Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize and implement high-level organizational initiatives.
• Project Management: Own and execute critical projects from ideation to completion, ensuring delivery of results.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and establish scalable systems to support rapid growth.
• Problem Solving: Work alongside the CEO to address challenges and develop actionable strategies.
• Leadership Support: Represent the CEO in meetings, manage executive communication, and align stakeholders.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create dashboards and reports to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Financial Oversight: Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Who You Are

Your Background:

• Management Consulting: Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with expertise in strategy and operations.
• Startup or Tech Experience: Demonstrated success in a leadership, strategy, or operational role within a high-growth organization.
• Ecommerce Knowledge: Understanding of D2C ecommerce is highly desirable.
