We are seeking a strategic, technology oriented, performance-driven Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team in Rockville, MD to serve as the financial guru for our next stage of growth. Just as our gases require the perfect blend of pressure, purity, and performance – we’re looking for a CFO who brings the ideal mix of strategic insight, financial rigor, and human leadership . You’ll be the architect of our financial systems, the co-pilot of our business strategy, and the voice of clarity in every management and budget meeting. What’s in it for you? What makes you stand out? · You lead with confidence and clarity · You embrace technology for cost effective productivity improvements You are both strategic and operational – able to see the 30,000-foot view and drill into the decimal You work effectively and professionally with the CEO, President, and executive team – able to build trust, exercise discretion, and support high-level initiatives while managing day-to-day collaboration with focus and professionalism You inspire teams, build trust, and elevate financial understanding across the enterprise You have a proven track record in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing You bring technical fluency (CPA/CMA/CFA/MBA preferred), and a forward-thinking mindset You’ve worked with financial platforms like FACTS or led ERP transformations Experience in M&A analysis and integration is beneficial Responsibilities and requirements will include but are not limited to : Financial strategy and stewardship for a multi-state, privately held company A finance team of 18 (AR, AP, Controller functions) Enterprise-wide performance across 9 States and 58 operational sites Board-level reporting and scenario modeling for strategic decision-making Modernization of financial systems (including FACTS by Infor) and process automation Risk planning and recession readiness with an eye toward long-term growth Cross-functional alignment to ensure finance is a language every department speaks fluently Why Roberts Oxygen?
