About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial operations and support its growth and integration of new acquisitions. The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and analysis functions, as well as developing and managing financial budgets, forecasts, and reporting systems. This critical role also involves overseeing and evaluating strategic investments and acquisitions, conducting financial due diligence, and providing insights and recommendations on investment opportunities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and implementing robust financial systems, maintaining internal controls and compliance, and driving operational efficiency in collaboration with the executive team. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role. A strong background in FP&A, strategic investments, and financial operations is essential, with experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, particularly Medicare Advantage, being highly desirable. The role requires excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The CFO will also be tasked with team building, including the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing finance team, and must foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The position is remote and demands the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
