Chick-fil-A restaurant Team Members are eligible for two scholarships through the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarships initiative. Every year, Team Members are encouraged to apply for scholarships through the Remarkable Futures Scholarship program. Chick-fil-A, Inc. sponsors the offering of three scholarship awards — $1,000, $2,500, and $25,000. Over 14,000 recipients received scholarships in 2024.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Efficiently stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep your working area neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Effectively communicate with fellow team members
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and appearance standards at all times
• Ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment and promptly report any maintenance issues to leadership

Qualifications

• No prior quick-service or restaurant experience is required - we provide paid training!
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for serving and helping others
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to uphold Chick-fil-A quality and safety standards
