Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Prepare (and sometimes review) partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and individual tax returns
• Identify and execute tax planning opportunities
• Assist with client accounting and tax engagements and work with staff to deliver year-round accounting and tax services
• Provide research support and work with managers and partners on client technical matters
• Deliver high quality service, while interacting and maintaining relationships with clients, performing accounting, tax, and consulting services
• Assist, train and mentor staff

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:

• Accounting degree
• MBA/Masters in Tax/Accounting a plus
• 3+ years of Public CPA firm experience
• Active CPA License
• Proficient in Lacerte, QuickBooks, and MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
