Bellevue Family Practice is a thriving Family Practice Clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with at least one year of experience in a family medical clinic to support our clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting providers during patient exam and minor procedures
• Perform Clinical tasks, including vitals, administering injections and conducting EKG's
• Manage patient records, schedule appointments, providing patient education and providing a positive experience for diverse patient population
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant clinical environment per HIPPA and OSHA standards
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance forms and inventory management
• Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients
• Communicate with providers and relay messages to patients based off the provider's notes
