Now Hiring - USPS CDS Rural Mail Carrier

TNStumpff Enterprises, LLC, the nation’s leader in Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, with offices in 20  states, is currently seeking applicants to deliver mail on multiple CDS mail routes solicited and posted by the USPS in the Boerne, TX area.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Texas driver's license; able to lift 70 lbs., able to work in all types of weather conditions and must reside in the area.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Sorting mail in delivery sequence for active boxes
• Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into delivery vehicle.
• Delivering mail along an assigned mile line-of-travel.
• Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
• Other administrative duties are required.

Minimum Vehicle and Insurance Requirements:

*MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN VEHICLE

• Applicant must furnish vehicle, which meets postal regulations, and meet postal driving requirements.
• One (1) Dependable (Mini-Van, large SUV, truck with locking camper shell or Equivalent) vehicle or the equivalent that provides 120  cubic feet of usable load space for mail and parcels.
• $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $600,000 (CSL) of liability insurance for contract vehicle
• The applicant is responsible for all the vehicle maintenance, fuel and insurance cost.
• VEHICLE REIMBURSEMENT PAID ON TOP OF HOURLY WAGE. 

Employment Begins: ASAP

• Hours: Day Shift  - Days and route times will vary. Saturdays are required.  Generally, two to three days per week. 
  • F-1 - 8:00am - 5:45pm* 
  • F-3 - 8:00am - 3:15pm*
  • F-5 - 8:00am - 5:00pm*
  • F-7 - 8:00am - 4:00pm*
  • D-9 - 8:00am - 5:50pm*
  • P ay: $24.50**/hour PLUS Vehicle Reimbursement
    • *End times may vary based on completion of deliveries.
    • **Straight time, Health & Welfare, Holiday and Vehicle Reimbursement paid out. Benefits paid as cash equivalency up to the maximum of 40 hours per week per the DoL Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act. **.
• • **Rate of Pay and cash equivalent benefits exceed the requirements set by the Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division.
