Company Team Driver (OTR)
Veneer, Inc. is currently seeking experienced Team Company Drivers to join our growing fleet. Position:
• Job Title: Company Team Driver (OTR)
• Employment Type: Full-time, W2 or 1099 (based on driver preference)
• Location: Nationwide – OTR (Over-the-Road)
Responsibilities:
• Operate a company-assigned late-model tractor-trailer as part of a two-driver team.
• Safely transport freight across regional and nationwide routes.
• Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations, DOT guidelines, and company safety standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient scheduling, timely deliveries, and maximum mileage.
• Ensure accurate documentation of logbooks, bills of lading, and delivery confirmations.
• Represent Veneer, Inc. with professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
• Valid CDL-A required.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience (team experience preferred).
• Clean driving record (no major violations, DUIs, or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
• Must meet all DOT medical requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a professional team, maintaining good communication and reliability.
• Strong commitment to safety, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction.
