Responsibilities:
• Talk to people – Outbound calls, connect with clients & transfer to Loan Officers.
• Solve problems – Engage customers, answer questions & build trust.
• Earn while you learn – Get paid hourly + bonuses for applications & funded loans.
• Become a Loan Officer – We’ll cover your NMLS prep, testing, & licensing.
• Crush goals, get promoted – Master the skills, close deals, and level up!
Qualifications:
• NMLS Licensed or ready to get licensed (we help with everything!)• Coachable, driven, and hungry to succeed. • Strong communicator & problem solver. • Customer service or sales experience? Big plus!
