Job Description

Cafe Azul by Radina's is hiring full-time and part-time barista/bartenders to work at our most upscale and newest cafe in the Museum of Art + Light. We're looking for motivated individuals to provide excellent customer service, quality beverages, and amazing baked goods to our customers, as well as maintain a clean and comfortable cafe environment.

Previous barista or bartending experience preferred, but not required. Shifts and hours are flexible for full-time and part-time.

Cafe Azul hours of operation:

• 10:30am-5pm Wednesday-Saturday
• 12pm-5pm Sundays
• Occasional evening events are expected with plenty of notice.

• Greet all customers with a friendly smile.
• Provide friendly, efficient and personal service to each customer.
• Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.

• Accurately process transactions in the POS system.
• Communicate with team members and management to solve problems and improve service.
• Support your team in keeping cafe running smoothly and beautifully.

• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal laws.
