JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven  Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The BDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in expanding our customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and potential for conversion. Advance every lead to the next step in the sales process or formally disqualify with documented rationale.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and support deal progression.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
• Research target markets and identify key decision-makers.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and events to generate interest and leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFACTIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience preferred.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

· Strong organization and analytical skills.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Exceptional time management skills, and able to problem solve creatively and resourcefully.

· Strong proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, SharePoint, and similar programs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.

· Familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce experience preferred.

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Accept new challenges and opportunities without difficulty.

· Pro-active, motivated, and diligent.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands represent the requirements employees must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. 

· Regularly required to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a computer, communicate, listen, and assess information. Visual requirements also include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus. 

· The employee may move about the office complex, may travel to other office locations, walk far distances, and may lift, push, pull or move up to 25 pounds.
