Job Description:

The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting various surfaces, furnishings, equipment, and areas throughout the building. Sets up tables/chairs/etc. for special events as assigned. Assists in moving furniture and receiving deliveries as needed. Drives company vehicles for resident and staff transportation as needed.
Must be available to work some weekends and some holidays.

Requirements:

• Class B CDL
• Must have good driving record
• Must be a team player while being able to work independently
• Must have excellent attendance history
• Must enjoy being of service to senior adults
• Maintains a neat, professional appearance
