**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows.
- Identify and analyze key performance metrics to track business performance.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
