Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to join our team in Lombard, IL. This full-time role involves working inside big box retail locations, approaching customers, and educating them on our clients' products and services in the energy, utility, technology, and telecommunication industries. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Be Marketing and our clients inside big box retail locations.
• Approach and engage with customers to educate them on our clients' products and services.
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products.
• Learn and memorize detailed information about products and services in the energy, utility, technology, and telecommunication industries.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission potential.
• Perform basic math calculations to assist customers with pricing and offers.
• Operate a tablet to process sales and manage customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all sales protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable and engaging.
• Strong ability to learn and memorize detailed product information.
• Proficient in basic math calculations.
• Ability to operate a tablet efficiently.
• Ability to travel locally as required.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, with shifts ending at 8 PM the latest.
• Reliable transportation.
