Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bench Assembler to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination and a commitment to safety while working with delicate materials. As a Bench Assembler, you will be responsible for the precise handling and placement of small glass pellets into molding trays, ensuring a high-quality production process.

Location: Wilton, NH

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay rate: $17/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and handle small glass pellets with care.
• Accurately place glass pellets into designated molding trays.
• Prepare molding trays for the next phase of production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
• Follow detailed instructions or specifications for the placement and arrangement of the glass pellets.
• Check for defects or irregularities in the pellets to maintain product quality.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when handling glass to prevent injuries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable working with delicate materials and adhering to safety protocols.
• Ability to maintain focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
