AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL SALES MANAGER
(GSM)

Rare, $200,000+ a Year Opportunity!

Automotive Sales Management Experience Required


One of the area’s top dealerships is looking for an outstanding GSM and leader who has a proven track record of achieving top-tier results. You’ll have the opportunity to lead an outstanding and dynamic sales team, maximize performance and achieve success in an award-winning dealership. Responsibilities - General Sales Manager:

  • Lead and oversee all variable operations, including New and Used Vehicle Sales
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive volume, gross, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales management team and front-line staff
  • Partner closely with the General Manager to meet and exceed dealership goals
  • Maintain high standards of process execution, accountability, and ethical practices
  • Serve as the primary liaison with manufacturer partners on sales initiatives and performance
  • Monitor key metrics daily to ensure the department is on track and hitting benchmarks

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous GSM, Sales Manager, or Variable Operations leadership experience at a high-volume franchised dealership required
  • Proven success in increasing sales, CSI scores, and profitability
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Process-driven, data-minded, and results-oriented
  • Ability to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
