Full Time Associate Dentist needed in Dallas, PA!

Our dental practice is seeking a skilled and experienced associate dentist to join our well-established, technology-driven office. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to assume an existing provider’s patient base in a modern, high-performing environment. Equipped with advanced technology, including cone beam imaging, electric handpieces, and CEREC, our practice ensures a cutting-edge and efficient clinical experience. The incoming dentist can expect to treat an average of 10 or more patients per day, supported by a dedicated team.

Practice Overview:

• Established for 45 years (under new ownership since 2016).
• Fee-for-service and PPO (some traditional insurance).
• Primary Patient Base: 85% adults || 15% pediatrics.
• Clinical Procedures: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Implants, & Oral Surgery

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: 33.33% of collections from initial start date, with an average monthly production potential of $100,000+.
• Benefits: Yearly Continuing Education (CE) allowance & Malpractice Insurance covered by the practice.
• Relocation Assistance: To be discussed if applying out of state (PA)

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday (Off by 5:00 pm)
• Friday (Off at 1:00 pm)
• No evenings or weekends required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior dental clinic experience needed to apply. Candidates who have completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education (AEGD) or similar experience in the field preferred.
• The ideal candidate is motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a well-established practice .
• Must be comfortable handling all aspects of bread-and-butter dentistry (including endodontics, extractions, and crowns)  with willingness to learn new skillsets.
