Job description

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Hiring, training, and motivating new staff members: Bonus for retention of leads
• Controlling and managing labor and food costs: Bonus for meeting cost budgets
• Growing sales through excellent service and community marketing: Bonus for meeting sales growth goals
• Helping develop and oversee local community outreach efforts
• Managing food orders, inventory levels, and supplies
• Ensuring the culture of Just Love is delivered every day in the location.
• Growing you and your team through ongoing training and coaching

The ideal candidate will have restaurant management experience with a desire to grow, and have a track record of success.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Salary: Starting at $35,000 depending on experience

Supplemental Bonus: Paid Quarterly

• Sales - 60%must meet sales goal
• Expense control - 20% (paid only if met) Based on labor and food expenses
• People - 20% (paid only if met) GreIdeal staffing number met each month including 1 BOH lead and 1 FOH lead
