This is where purpose meets performance.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced and innovative Art Director to lead our visual strategy for digital campaigns. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing compelling creative concepts, guiding a talented design team, and ensuring all visual assets align with our brand identity and marketing goals.Responsibilities:Creative Direction & Concept Development: Lead the visual strategy and development of digital campaigns, ensuring all concepts are consistent with brand identity, storytelling objectives, and overall marketing goals.Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality, consistent creative output across all digital platforms. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, and eCommerce.Execution of Digital Assets: Oversee the end-to-end design and production of a wide range of digital assets. This includes, but is not limited to, homepage creative, email graphics, social media visuals, display advertisements, and site takeovers.Brand Consistency & Innovation: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual communications strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
