Job Description

Job Title: Apartment Maintenance 

Responsibilities :

• Perform repairs and upgrades to maintain the interior and exterior of apartment communities.
• Handle electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Perform painting, lawn maintenance, and other general upkeep tasks.

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years of industry experience or 3 years of general contract maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with practical, hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with environmental and industrial hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead, mold, radon) relevant to residential housing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Shift : 

• Monday - Friday 
• 7am - 4:30pm

Pay :

• $19/hr
