Role Overview:

Alphalete Athletics and Buffbunny Collection are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ad

Distributor to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in executing and distributing

advertising materials to promote our premium fitness apparel and lifestyle brands, ensuring brand

consistency and engagement across various channels for both Alphalete Athletics and Buffbunny

Collection. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong organizational skills, and

experience in advertising or marketing logistics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Content Distribution: Oversee the timely and accurate distribution of advertising assets

such as digital ads, social content, and promotional materials across key channels including

social media platforms, email, web, and external partners, ensuring alignment with Alphalete

and Buffbunny brand strategies.

• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an organized inventory of marketing

materials, keeping all assets up-to-date, accessible, and in compliance with evolving brand

standards.

• Campaign Execution: Partner with the marketing team to support the execution of product

launches and promotional campaigns by ensuring that all creative assets are delivered to the

appropriate platforms and audiences on schedule.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct final reviews of advertising materials for accuracy, consistency,

and adherence to the visual and messaging guidelines of both Alphalete and Buffbunny

Collection.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, media, and marketing teams to

ensure advertising efforts are cohesive and support larger brand initiatives and seasonal

campaigns.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on ad performance across platforms, delivering

actionable insights to the marketing team to inform future campaign strategies and enhance

distribution effectiveness.

Other Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up promotional displays at events or partner locations.

• Support the marketing team in brainstorming and implementing new advertising

initiatives.

• Handle ad-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department’s goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or coursework in marketing,

communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or logistics roles,

preferably in a retail or fitness-related environment.

• Skills:

◦ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

◦ Proficiency and familiarity with content management systems or advertising

platforms.

◦ Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.

◦ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Skills/Experience:

◦ Familiarity with fitness or apparel industry trends.

◦ Experience with graphic design tools ( Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

◦ Knowledge of inventory management systems.
