We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our growing finance operations and contribute to the ongoing success of a dynamic, creative organization. Key Responsibilities: Review production and freelancer invoices; prepare ACH payment requests Accurately enter invoices and expenses into accounting software and ERP systems Run and reconcile monthly travel & expense (T&E) reports Assist with monthly general ledger entries and financial reporting Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual royalty reports Provide ad hoc financial reports and administrative support to accounting and management teams Support additional finance tasks as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP (preferred but not required) Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges Previous experience or internship in publishing or media (a plus)
