Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing company financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Conducting regular audits to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
3. Preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
4. Maintaining the general ledger, including recording transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports.
5. Analyzing financial statements to assess the company's financial position and performance.
6. Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the integrity of financial information.
7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations and processes.
8. Providing financial advice to the management team, enabling strategic decision-making.
9. Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure company compliance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Accountant position will have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
3. Proficient in auditing, tax preparation, ledger management, financials, income statements, and reconciliation.
4. Exceptional numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
7. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
9. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
